Top floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 100 - 260 cm with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV (flat screen). Bath/shower/WC with corner bath. Terrace 20 m2, roofed. Barbecue (portable), deck chairs. View of the garden. Facilities: baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). 2 small pets/ dogs allowed.

Private: property 200 m2 (fenced), small garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool (above ground) heated (2 x 2 m, depth 50 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, hot tub, garden furniture. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
