General

The holiday home for 14 persons has three bathrooms and five bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (internationale zenders). In addition there is an air conditioner, a terrace, a barbecue, a garden (fenced), a swimming pool (private and outdoors). You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Single-family house "Neja", 2 storeys. In the hamlet Loborika 6 km from the centre of Marčana, 6 km from the centre of Pula, in a quiet, sunny position, 8 km from the sea. Private: property 500 m2 (fenced), garden with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 29.Apr. - 07.Oct.) with internal staircase. Shower/WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, terrace (30 m2), garden furniture, barbecue (swing). In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking at the house. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 2 km, café 1.5 km, sandy beach 17 km pebble beach 10 km. Tennis 15 km, riding stable 5 km, walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane 150 m. Nearby attractions: Amphitheater 8 km, National park Brijuni 13 km, Nature park Rt. Kamenjak 18 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. By groups of young people double deposit is requested on arrival. The house consists of 3 apartments rented as one unit: one apartment on the ground floor and two apartments on the first floor.

There is a lake/open water less than 8 kilometer. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near Neja in Loborika you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
