The holiday home for 10 persons has three bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with a single bed and five double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a swimming pool, a terrace, a barbecue, a garden and a set of garden furniture and there are six air conditioners. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with four showers, three toilets and three washbasins.

Set in Ližnjan, just 1.5 km from the beach, this is a luxurious 5-bedroom holiday home. The holiday home has a private swimming pool with sun loungers for an exotic vacation. It is ideal for a family or two families with a total of 11 persons.

From the holiday home, the restaurants and supermarkets are at 400 m. At 500 m, you arrive at the Ližnjan town center. If you wish to spend a day by the sea and have fun on the beach, you need to go 1.5 km. The town of Pula with its Roman amphitheater at lies at 12 km and is certainly worth a visit. You could also head to the town of Rovinj at 47 km, which is known as the Pearl of Istria.

The holiday home has an air-conditioned living room to hang out with the whole family. In the spacious, enclosed garden, you can lie down with a good book or play ball games with children. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
