The second semi-detached house with living room and kitchen on the ground floor and 2 sleepinf rooms on the upper floor.

Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 2 km, rocky beach 15 km. Riding stable 8 km. For private use: tavern with kitchen, terrace furniture and separate room with billard, table football and darts.

There is a lake/open water less than 15 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Hortensija (LBN397) in Kožljani you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
