The holiday home for 10 persons has five bathrooms and five bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels). In addition there is a terrace, a barbecue, an air conditioner, a swimming pool (private, outdoors) and a balcony. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

No internal connecting door between the separated properties. The main house consists of a living room and an open kitchen on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms on the first floor. Next to the house is an apartment on the ground floor, consisting of a living/sleeping room, a kitchen block and one bedroom. The third accommodation unit is a studio apartment on the ground floor.

Beautiful single-family house "Villa Bella", 2 storeys. In the hamlet Buršići 5 km from the centre of Draguć, 11 km from the centre of Buzet, in a quiet, sunny position, 45 km from the sea. Private: property 10'000 m2 with wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (10 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. 800 m long motor access to the house (via unmade road). Parking (for 5 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 11 km, supermarket 11 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop 11 km, pebble beach 45 km. Pool with hydromassage. The unit consist of the main house, appartment and studio, rented as one unit.

There is a lake/open water less than 45 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Villa Bella in Korelići you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
