The holiday home for 8 persons has four bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a radio, a CD player, a TV (cable, satellite), a fireplace, a VCR, a heather, a phone and a stereo. In addition there is garden furniture, a garden (fenced), a terrace, a barbecue, a safe, a swimming pool (private), an air conditioner, a table tennis table and een dartboard. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two toilets and a shower.

The standig individually villa, built in 1920 and renovated in 2010 is modern and luxury furnished. The property is located on a farm, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the quiet and sunny location at the edge of the woods. For use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture and fire place. Holiday resort National category 5 stars. Location Labin, 250 m above sea level. The villa is located on a farm, on a 20000 sqm, closed garden plot and forest plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 5 cars) on the property. Special Air conditioning / heating: air conditioner, central heating (oil). Facilities: cot, high chair, internet access (WLAN), phone, Wii, Playstation, iron, washing machine and dryer. TV reception takes place via electric wire, satellite. Pool Outdoor pool (4 m x 8 m, depth 1,35 m, for sole use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of April to the end of October. Payment terms and -periods

Once you receive the booking confirmation, you have to make a deposit equal to 25% of the total rental amount. You must pay the remaining balance six weeks before the arrival date you or during the key handover upon your arrival.

If you leave within six weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment, unless otherwise stated and the homeowner wishes to be paid online.
