The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (internationale zenders). In addition there is a balcony, a swimming pool (private, outdoors), an air conditioner, a terrace, a garden (fenced) and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a Internet connection (wireless) and a freezer.

Forced-air heating. Balcony 3 m2, terrace 12 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (6). Facilities: safe, iron, mosquito net, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Plovanija 4 km from Buje: Beautiful single-family house "Jasmin", 2 storeys, built in 2022. In the hamlet Kaldanija 1 km from the centre of Plovanija, 12 km from the centre of Umag, in a quiet, sunny position, 7 km from the sea. Private: property 600 m2 (fenced), wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (7 x 3 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace (12 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 12 km, restaurant 500 m, shingle beach 7 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. Please note: airfield 85 km from the property.

There is a lake/open water less than 7 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Jasmin in Kaldanija you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
