The holiday apartment is located in a standig individually detached house, built in 2008, renovated in 2016 and is modern furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over woods from the property and the sunny location. For use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture, fire place and court. Location Kaldanija, 180 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 600 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow and flowers, limited by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 3 cars) on the property. Special Air conditioning / heating: central heating (oil). Facilities: cot, high chair, internet access (WLAN) and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite. Pool Outdoor pool (heatable, 3 m x 8 m, depth 1,45 m, for sole use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of April to mid of October. Pool heating is included in the price available in June, July and August. For months April, May, September and October, the pool heating costs € 7.00 per day. Dogs allowed, EUR 5.00/pet per day. Payment terms and -periods

Once you receive the booking confirmation, you have to make a deposit equal to 25% of the total rental amount. You must pay the remaining balance six weeks before the arrival date you or during the key handover upon your arrival.

If you leave within six weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment, unless otherwise stated and the homeowner wishes to be paid online.
