The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with a double sofa bed and three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a CD player and a DVD player. In addition there is a garden, a barbecue, a set of garden furniture, an air conditioner, a swimming pool and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a bath, three washbasins, three showers and three toilets.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a washing machine, a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a playground equipment.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a microwave, a stove, an oven and a dishwasher.

This charming villa is located in the small and quiet village of Jursici, close to the picturesque Svetvinčenat and 14 km from the west coast. The villa is surrounded by a large fenced garden (1000 m²) and a private swimming pool. It is ideal for sun holidays with the family.

A visit to the historic city of Pula is recommended! You will find cozy terraces, nice shops and a lively atmosphere. For nature lovers, Cape Kamenjak Nature Park and Brijuni National Park are definitely worth a visit, and a day in Funtana gives children the day of their life. Discover the underwater world at the Pula Aquarium in Bovigrad.

The large garden has a well-kept and shared lawn and a private swimming pool. There is a covered and shaded terrace and children can have fun in the small playground with swings and badminton. The garden is ideal for aperitifs, barbecue evenings or to read a book.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
