The holiday home for 3 persons has two bathrooms and a bedroom and is equipped with a double bed and a single sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a garden, a swimming pool, a barbecue, a terrace and a set of garden furniture and there are two air conditioners. The badroom is equipped with two toilets, a bath with shower, three washbasins and a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a dishwasher, an oven, a stove and a coffee maker.

"This holiday home is a typical Istrian house from 1920 and has been beautifully restored. The holiday home is quietly located in the small town of Juricani, next to the holiday home Casa Peronospora. The sea and the town of Umag are about 7 km away. Umag has everything to offer for a versatile holiday.

The house is fully equipped and has a garden with a private pool and a cozy covered terrace with a barbecue. On the ground floor you will find a living room with a seating area and a dining table, a kitchen and a bathroom. There are one bedroom and bathroom on the first floor.

A ten minute walk from the house you will find small shops where local farmers sell their traditional products such as wine, olive oil, bread, fresh vegetables and fruit.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
