The holiday home for 10 persons has three bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (internationale zenders). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

The dining room with open kitchen in the second house with a separate external entrance without internal connection.

Private: property 3'500 m2, garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool angular (10 x 5 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase. WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, terrace (65 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: internet access, table tennis, billiard table, playroom, table football, trampoline, central heating system, washing machine. Parking (for 10 cars) at the house on the premises. There is a lake/open water less than 11 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Villa Škavre in Jesenovik you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
