The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (internationale zenders). In addition there is a balcony, a swimming pool (heated, private, outdoors), an air conditioner, a terrace, a garden (fenced), a barbecue and a table tennis table. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a Internet connection (wireless) and a freezer.

Private: property 1'900 m2 (fenced), lawn 1'000 m2 trees, swimming pool angular, heated (9 x 4 m, 37 m2, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 03.Apr. - 09.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, table tennis, volleyball, terrace (50 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. There is a lake/open water less than 16 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Villa May in Jakovici you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
