The holiday home for 22 persons has eight bathrooms and nine bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player and a TV (internationale zenders). Large villa "Old School House", 2 storeys. In the hamlet Jakovici 2 km from the centre of Tinjan, 17 km from the centre of Poreč, in a sunny position, 17 km from the sea. Private: property 2'300 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn, swimming pool angular (10 x 5 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 30.Nov.). Outdoor shower, table tennis, terrace (60 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 1 km, restaurant 3 km, pebble beach 17 km. Walking paths from the house, cycle lane 50 m. By groups of young people double deposit is requested on arrival.

There is a lake/open water less than 17 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Vila Škola Jakovići in Jakovici you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
