Beautiful single-family house "Cvitan", 3 storeys. In the hamlet Bašići 3 km from the centre of Tinjan, 15 km from the centre of Pazin, 15 km from the centre of Poreč, in a quiet position, 15 km from the sea. Private: property 200 m2 (fenced), lawn, swimming pool angular (6 x 3 m, 22 m2, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, billiard table, washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 15 km, restaurant 3 km, pebble beach 15 km, public bathing area 15 km.

There is a lake/open water less than 15 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Cvitan in Jakovici you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
