The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels). In addition there is a terrace, an air conditioner, a swimming pool (private, outdoors), a barbecue and a garden (fenced). You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

WC. Forced-air heating. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. Exit to the terrace. Terrace 30 m2, roofed, terrace 25 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. View of the swimming pool, the garden and the forest. Facilities: safe, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed.

Krnica 22 km from Pula: Villa "Bella", 2 storeys. In the hamlet Hreljići 8 km from the centre of Marčana, 18 km from the centre of Pula, 6 km from the sea, 6 km from the beach. Private: property 1'400 m2 (fenced), beautiful, well-kept garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, 32 m2, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 26.Oct.). Outdoor shower, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: internet access, air conditioning, washing machine. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 3 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 650 m, pebble beach 6 km, rocky beach 6 km. Riding stable 2 km, walking paths from the house 1 km, cycle lane 1 km. Please note: suitable for families. There is a lake/open water less than 6 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Bella in Hreljići you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
