The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (internationale zenders) and a DVD player. In addition there is a garden, a swimming pool (private, outdoors), a barbecue, an air conditioner and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Private: property 2'000 m2, beautiful garden with lawn, swimming pool angular (6 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 27.Apr. - 05.Oct.) with internal staircase. WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, volleyball, barbecue (swing). In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 1 km, restaurant 100 m, pebble beach 20 km. Walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane 150 m. The unit consists of the main house on 2 levels and a small cottage, rented as one unit.

There is a lake/open water less than 20 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Mila in Gržini you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
