Terraced house "Villa Caterina", 2 storeys, renovated in 2022. In the hamlet Fiorini 8 km from the centre of Novigrad, in a sunny position, 2 km from the sea, 2 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 200 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (15 m2, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 6 km, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 2.4 km, pebble beach 2 km, rocky beach 2 km. Walking paths from the house 50 m, cycle lane 100 m, children's playground 200 m. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. The owner is at guests' disposal for pool cleaning and property maintenance. Private: outdoor kitchen (2 hot plates, oven, microwave, fridge). Organizing a party is not allowed. Swimming pool heated (extra).

There is a lake/open water less than 2 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Villa Caterina in Fiorini you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
