Private: property 2'500 m2 (fenced), beautiful, well-kept garden wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool angular, heated (12 x 4 m, 50 m2, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 21.Mar. - 31.Oct.) with internal staircase. WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, hot tub, terrace (25 m2), garden furniture. In the house: internet access, sauna, fitness room, billiard table, central heating system, burglar alarm system, washing machine, tumble dryer. Cook on request (extra). Parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises. Supermarket 5 km, restaurant 5 km, pebble beach, rocky beach 30 m. Walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane 150 m. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
