The holiday home for 6 persons has three bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels). In addition there is a barbecue, an air conditioner, a garden, a swimming pool (private, outdoors), a terrace and a table tennis table. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Beautiful single-family house "Villa Sonja". Outside the resort, 1 km from the centre of Buje, in a sunny position, 12 km from the sea. Private: property 500 m2, garden with lawn, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 31.Oct.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, table tennis, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, trampoline, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 800 m, pebble beach 12 km, rocky beach 12 km. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km, walking paths from the house 200 m, cycle lane 250 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Organizing a party is not allowed.

There is a lake/open water less than 12 kilometer. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near Villa Sonja in Buje you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
