The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (internationale zenders). In addition there is a swimming pool (private, outdoors), an air conditioner, a barbecue, a garden (fenced) and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Single-family house "Lucija". In the hamlet Brovinje 15 km from the centre of Labin, in a sunny, elevated position, 2 km from the sea, 2.5 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 600 m2 (fenced), garden 800 m2 (not fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool (28 m2, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Nov.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Unconventional pool shape. WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km, pebble beach 2.5 km, rocky beach 2.5 km. Surf school 10 km, tennis 18 km, walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane 150 m.

There is a lake/open water less than 2 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Lucija in Brovinje you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
