Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 100 - 160 cm with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Terrace 12 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Marvellous panoramic view of the countryside. Facilities: safe. Internet (WiFi, free). 1 pet/ dog allowed.
Old, beautiful single-family house "Ravan", 3 storeys, renovated in 2015. In the hamlet Ravan with 2 houses 3.5 km from the centre of Motovun, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 24 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 440 m2 (fenced), garden, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Motor access to the house (1 km via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 3.5 km, restaurant 3.5 km, pebble beach 24 km. Walking paths from the house, cycle lane 100 m.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
