General

The holiday home for 14 persons has three bathrooms and six bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (internationale zenders). In addition there is a balcony, a terrace, an air conditioner, a swimming pool (private, outdoors), a garden and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Krnica 22 km from Pula: Beautiful 2-family house "Mario 1", 2 storeys. In the hamlet Bratulići 5 km from the centre of Krnica, in a quiet, sunny position, 7 km from the sea. Private: property 2'000 m2, large garden with lawn 1'000 m2, swimming pool (45 m2, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 02.May. - 26.Sep.). Unconventional pool shape. Volleyball, children's playground (slide). In the house: internet access. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 2 km, restaurant 100 m, pebble beach 10 km, rocky beach 7 km. Tennis 10 km, riding stable 3 km.

There is a lake/open water less than 7 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Mario 1 in Bratulići you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
