The holiday home for 6 persons has four bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (internationale zenders). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

Krnica 22 km from Pula: Beautiful villa "Delle Rondini". In the hamlet Bratulići 5 km from the centre of Krnica, in a quiet, sunny position, 7 km from the sea. Private: property 705 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (7 x 3 m, 24 m2, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 30.Apr. - 01.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, barbecue. In the house: internet access, sauna, hydro massage bath, central heating system, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. There is a lake/open water less than 7 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Delle Rondini in Bratulići you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
