The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels). In addition there is an air conditioner, a terrace, a swimming pool (private, outdoors), a barbecue, a garden (fenced) and fitness equipment. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), a washing machine and a freezer.

Single-family house "Lara", 2 storeys. In the hamlet Begi 10 km from the centre of Vrsar, 15 km from the centre of Poreč, 9 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 850 m2 (fenced), lawn and trees, swimming pool angular (6 x 4 m, depth 145 cm, seasonal availability: 04.Apr. - 06.Nov.). Outdoor shower, terrace, barbecue (swing), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, fitness room, table football, trampoline, washing machine. Parking at the house. Shop 4 km, bus stop 12 km, railway station 19 km, rocky beach 9 km.

There is a lake/open water less than 9 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Haus Lara (PRC308) in Begi you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
