General

The holiday home for 12 persons has four bathrooms and six bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV (international channels). In addition there is an air conditioner, a swimming pool (private, outdoors), a terrace, a barbecue, a garden (fenced) and a balcony. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, one floor will not be available for use.

Private: property 3'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.). Terrace (22 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, central heating system, washing machine. Parking on the premises, single garage. Shop 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 3.5 km, rocky beach 7 km. Semi-detached house consists of 2 apartments rented as one unit. Groups of teenagers are not allowed.

There is a lake/open water less than 7 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Haus Lola (LBN381) in Bečići you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
