Bale 14 km from Rovinj: Modern single-family house "Villa Valle", built in 2022. 500 m from the centre of Bale, in a sunny position, 4 km from the sea. Private: property 500 m2, garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Mar. - 10.Nov.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop, restaurant 500 m, pebble beach 8 km, park "Histria Aromatica" 6.5 km. Walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane 150 m. Nearby attractions: amusement park 8 km. Please note: suitable for families. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
