The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (internationale zenders). In addition there is a swimming pool (with children's pool, outdoors), a tennis court, an air conditioner and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Child friendly resort "Mon Perin". 6 km from the centre of Bale, 17 km from the centre of Rovinj, in a quiet, sunny position, at the seaside, on the beach. For shared use: property with trees, swimming pool (400 m2, depth 45 - 135 cm, seasonal availability: 30.May. - 03.Oct.). Children's pool, tennis, basketball, boccia, beach volleyball, children's playground. In the complex: restaurant, bar, internet access, table football, shopping facilities, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (for shared use, extra), bicycle rental. Parking at the house on the premises. Pebble beach "Mon Perin", rocky beach "Mon Perin". Riding stable 500 m, walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane 150 m. Please note: entertainment. The camp has 1 additional paddling pool (90 m2, depth 60 cm, open from 01.06.-03.10.).

There is a lake/open water less than several meters. You can also relax, because near Mon Perin (ROJ610) in Bale you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
