Open kitchen (4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine). 2 showers/WC. No heating option. Terrace 25 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Private: hot tub on the terrace 25 m2, accessible from the living room. The mobil homes are situated 50 - 200 m from the sea and the beach.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
