The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels) and a fireplace. Exit to the balcony. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer). Shower/WC. No heating option. Balcony 9 m2, terrace 20 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, deck chairs. Facilities: safe, children's high chair, baby cot (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. There is a lake/open water less than 9 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Villa San Giacomo (KST416) in Bačva you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
