Open kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. Shower/WC. No heating option. Terrace 40 m2, terrace 15 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Fire extinguisher.
