Private: property 400 m2 with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Oct.) with internal staircase. WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, terrace, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 5.1 km, pebble beach 11 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: airfield 48 km from the property.

There is a lake/open water less than 11 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Villa Nona Nina in Veli Golji you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
