General

The holiday home for 5 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds, a double sofa bed and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a garden, an air conditioner, a roof terrace, a balcony, a swimming pool, a barbecue and a set of garden furniture. The badroom is equipped with a toilet, a washbasin and a shower.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

The cozy apartment is located on the second floor of the newly built villa, in the quiet town of Peracko Blato and only 100 meters from the Bacina Lakes Nature Park. A perfect place for a relaxed holiday with lots of privacy.

Only 100 m from the lake's fishing water and beach, or 3 km from the beach, ideal for kayaking, paddling or swimming in the Neretva Delta. A famous coastline with sandy beaches on the Adriatic coast of Makarska Riviera is only 15 km away. The villa is surrounded by untouched Mediterranean vegetation. The coast of the Adriatic Sea is only 3 km away. Activities such as fishing, hiking and cycling are possible in the area. Nearby there are recreational activities such as mountaineering and cycling, beach volleyball, SUP standup paddling, tennis schools and tennis courts, a lake safari with the traditional Neretva boat, canoeing and windsurfing in the Neretva Delta and kiting.

Guests can enjoy the outdoor area with beautiful covered terraces and BBQ facilities, fantastic outdoor table and kitchen. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
