The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (internationale zenders). In addition there is a garden (fenced), a barbecue, an air conditioner, a balcony and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Beautiful single-family house "Bernardi", 2 storeys. In the district of Lumbardijsko Račišće 1.5 km from the centre of Lumbarda, in a sunny position on a slope, 15 m from the sea, 15 m from the beach, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside, south facing position. Private: property 550 m2 (fenced). Outdoor shower, barbecue. In the house: internet access. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, sandy beach 2 km pebble beach 2 km, concrete beach 15 m. The house is situated in a nice, quiet bay. Stairs leading from the house over the small local cul-de-sac street to the concrete beach.

There is a lake/open water less than 20 meter. You can also relax, because near Bernardi in Lumbarda you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
