The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is an elevator, a balcony and an air conditioner. The badroom is equipped with a bath or shower, two toilets and a washbasin.

The holiday home has a garage, a fridge-freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, an oven and a dishwasher.

Dubrovnik Sea Breeze apartment is newly built and modernly furnished, perfect for families or friends. The apartment is located in Lapad Bay, the most beautiful part of the city. It is just a 2-minute walk from the sandy beach. There you can rent sun loungers and parasols, order a cocktail or coffee from one of the bars, or be active and play beach volleyball.

Uvala Lapad is one of the main promenades in Dubrovnik with many trendy bars and restaurants. If you want to take a bus to the old town, the bus stop is just a few steps from the apartment. This allows you to reach the old town in less than 10 minutes.

The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a dining room, a bathroom and the toilet. If you arrive in Dubrovnik by car, we have a garage place in our building. The elevator takes you up a few floors to the apartment.
The perfect place for a family or a group of up to 4 people. An interesting active holiday could be yours, since the beaches and swimming pools of nearby hotels are at your disposal. Also, there are daily trips to island Korčula, Ston, Mostar - BIH or Montenego is easy to organize. The Elaphite Islands in the Dubrovnik area are something that must be seen when in Dubrovnik. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
