General

The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace, a CD player, a fireplace and a television. In addition there is a barbecue, a garden, a balcony, a terrace, garden furniture and a jacuzzi. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a bath.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a freezer, a fridge and a Internet connection.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a waterboiler, a toaster, a dishwasher, a stovetop (ceramic, 4 pits), a coffee maker and an oven (hot air).

Linen

In the holiday home you will find bed linnen, bathroom textiles and kitchen textiles.

You should really experience a stay in this country villa! This beautiful villa is centrally located in a nice and typical village, surrounded by lakes and sunflowers. In the morning you can buy fresh bread in the store which plays a central role in the village. Not only can you do your basic grocery shopping here, but you can also enjoy a delicious cup of coffee. And in the evening people come from all over the village to enjoy a refreshing beer.

You can stroll around the village, or hike into the mountains.

Provadija is just 5 kilometers away. It is not only a historic castle town, but also the oldest city in Europe! During the day you can walk around this bustling town, and in the evening you can enjoy a very good meal at a very friendly price. Looking for more fun, the city of Varna (50 km) is very attractive. This city is known for its beautiful sea garden, atmospheric boulevard and city beach.

From both Brussels and Amsterdam there are direct flights to Varna. You can also book cheap direct flights to Varna from Germany (Düsseldorf, Bremen and Cologne).

There is a spacious veranda at the front of the villa. Inside, the villa is equipped with all the modern conveniences.

On the ground floor you'll find a living room with a cozy fireplace and a sofa bed for two persons. The kitchen is well-equipped and includes a dishwasher, washing machine, oven with grill, 4-burner ceramic stove, and a large fridge with 2 freezer drawers. The bedroom downstairs is furnished with a double bed and has a closet. Finally, there is a bathroom downstairs with a nice shower and bathtub.

On the first floor there is the second bedroom furnished with a king size bed, a large closet and a dressing table with chair and lighting. You have a panoramic view of the mountains from the large French windows. From the large balcony you can enjoy (in the morning) the sound of the bird chirping from the rural landscape of fields, meadows and mountains.

On the side of the villa there is a spacious, furnished terrace with awning. Behind the villa lies a real old barn containing wood for the fireplace. There is also a cool, cozy and shaded sitting area. The hot tub (whirlpool) can be used from May to September. The energy costs for this is included in the price.

At the front of the villa there is a summerhouse where you can relish plenty of peace while enjoying a Bulgarian wine or beer! At the a summerhouse there is a quaint stone barbecue with water and electricity connections.

In Bulgaria there are plenty of beaches, including the famous Sunny Beach and Golden Beach (Golden Sands). The Sunny Beach is known for its numerous entertainment possibilities. It lies not far from the historic town of Nessebar, on a peninsula in the Black Sea. The Golden Beach is located north of Varna and is especially popular with families. There are also special types of beach entertainment, such as jet-skis.

As Bulgaria connoisseurs, we can recommend the nice and quiet beaches that are situated not far from the villa. There you will find sandy beaches and cliff-top dunes which gently slope into the sea. Thus these beaches are ideal for children. There are countless (seafood) restaurants with delightful views of the sea. Food and drink is affordable. At the bars on the beach you will pay just 1 euro for 1 beer.

In the vicinity of the villa there are several lakes. If you like fishing, here you have the excellent opportunity to cast your rod while enjoying the peace and quiet of nature. The environment is created in a way that it's a great location for hiking and walking. Do not be surprised that you will regularly encounter shepherds with sheep, a group of goats or cows, or a horse and carriage. The beautiful scenery, forests and (sunflower) fields are sure to leave an unforgettable impression.

For the true golf lovers there are two magnificent golf resorts just north of the port town of Balchik: Black Sea Rama and Lighthouse, both with three golf courses. It's a wonderful experience to play a round of golf high up on the cliffs of the Black Sea! It is a short drive from Balchik (10 km) and definitely worth it.

On 6 kilometer of Sunflower Villa you will find one or more restaurants. In addition, there is a lake/open water less than 150 meter. You can shop in Provadia on 150 meter from your holiday home. There is also a mall nearby, in 6 kilometer. Want even more activities? The nearby area features swimming, shopping, going out, golfing and your holiday home's surroundings features fitness. You can also relax, because near Sunflower Villa in Provadia you can go to the city, the water, a vineyard, a spa or a welnesscentre.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
