Open kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, combination microwave). Bath/WC, shower. Large terrace 22 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the port. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking space n 26 (roofed, fenced 1 car). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.
Modern apartment block "Baelskaai 14", 7 storeys, built in 2020. 500 m from the sea, 400 m from the beach. In the complex: bistro. Supermarket 120 m, restaurant 16 m, tram "De Lijn" 800 m, railway station "Station NMBS Oostende" 4 km. Marina 4.9 km, golf course (9 hole) 5.6 km, surf school 400 m. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
