The holiday home for 18 persons has five bathrooms and eight bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds, ten single beds and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with two televisions and a fireplace. In addition there is a terrace, a jacuzzi, a boules court, a garden, a set of garden furniture and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with three toilets, seven washbasins, five showers and a bath.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), two fridges, a tumble dryer, a washing machine and a freezer.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and there are two high chairs.

This beautiful luxury villa has 8 bedrooms and accommodates 18 people. Equipped with a bubble bath, the house is located in Sint-Idesbald which is a perfect place for those who want to be near the beach, nature, and culture.

The beach is 800 m from here while the Koksijde town centre is 2 km away. The town has some lovely shops and great restaurants. The beautiful nature reserve of Doornpanne is 4 km away. The coastal tram can take you to the seaside resorts of Nieuwpoort and De Panne. The Plopsaland amusement park in De Panne is only 6 km away. You can find groceries and supplies 1 km from the house.

The house has a private fenced garden with furniture and a terrace. There's an outdoor fireplace as well as a boules court.

The Oostende-Brugge International Airport is 25 km away.

In order to maintain the good care of this property, a deposit of EUR 400 is always requested upon arrival.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
