Open living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table, digital TV, international TV channels and DVD. Open kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, electric coffee machine, combination microwave). Upper floor: 1 large double bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 children's room with 1 x 1 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 pull-out bed (1 pers. 2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/shower, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Balcony 7 m2, south-west facing position balcony 5 m2, north-east facing position. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the town. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only, non-smoking house.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
