Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (1 x 180 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. 2nd upper floor: mezzanine with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Balcony 10 m2, south-east facing position. Balcony furniture. Distant view of the countryside. Facilities: baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n 11 on the property (1 car). Please note: non-smoking house. No lift.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
