The holiday home for 6 persons has three bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds or two single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. The detached, spacious and luxurious villas in Breeduyn Village were finished in 2017.

There are two different types. There's a 4-person villa (BF-PV2C) with two bedrooms on the first floor, each with a private bathroom. There is parking space for one car. There is also a 6-person villa (BF-XVVP) with three bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor, each with its own bathroom. There's parking space for two cars.

Both luxuriously and comfortably furnished villas feature a fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven, dishwasher and fridge freezer. There are two separate toilets, a washing machine and dryer, a TV in each bedroom and box-spring beds. Of course, there is also a garden with a furnished terrace and a few loungers.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
