This spacious cottage is situated in Namur's Alle. It is ideal for a family and large groups looking to make the most of their holidays. This cottage has a terrace and a private garden with furniture to enjoy a perfect brunch with your loved ones. You may also light a barbecue during the evenings for a gala time together

The local grocery stores are 1 km away from the home. Dine out at the nearest restaurants, only 1 km away. The forest is just 100 m from the property, should you would like to explore some nature beauty. The lake lies just 1 km from the cottage.

A gas heating, a fireplace and wood stove are in place to keep you comfortable inside. The modular kitchen is fully-equipped for self-catering and even has a Doce Gusto coffee machine and a washing machine as well. You can bring 1 pet to the cottage.

You can check-in from 4-6 PM and you can check-out from 9-10 AM.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
