The holiday home for 29 persons has ten bathrooms and 14 bedrooms and is equipped with eight double beds or two single beds, eight single beds, a double sofa bed and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a boules court, a football table, a bar, a set of garden furniture, a barbecue, a garden, a sauna and an air conditioner (for rent) and there are two terraces. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with ten showers, three baths, 18 washbasins and ten toilets.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a Internet connection (wireless), a freezer, a fridge and a fridge-freezer.

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and there are two cots.

Welcome to the heart of one of the most beautiful villages in Wallonia: Falaën. This former hotel is over 150 years old, but offers contemporary comfort and a great location. Ideal for unforgettable holidays with family and friends, but also for business meetings.

The residence is located in the Molignée valley, in a region with beautiful hiking trails, cozy restaurants and of course the river. You can also enjoy cycling and mountain biking through the beautiful landscape. Holiday home La Forgerie is also located near the Château Fort de Montaigle, with the accompanying ruins.

The property offers recreation for the children and a nice garden,bordered by a river on 60 ares to refresh yourself. Prepare your favorite dishes in the well-equipped kitchen or fire up the barbecue for a cozy summer evening.

Numerous onsite activities are available upon request. Think of Pilates classes, massages, wine tastings, Draisine and bicycle rental.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
