The holiday home for 15 persons has six bathrooms and six bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed and 13 single beds. The holiday home is equipped with two DVD players, two televisions, an infrared sauna and a fireplace. In addition there is a billiard, a swimming pool, a pond, a football table, a set of garden furniture, a barbecue, a terrace, a garden and a bicycle parking. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two toilets, seven washbasins, two baths, eight showers and a bath or shower.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a garage, a fridge-freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a playground equipment and there are two high chairs and two cots.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a coffee maker, an oven, a dishwasher and a microwave.

This 4-bedroom luxury vacation home is an old, restored villa in Tuscany. Located in the center of Val di Chiana, this two-floored home can house up to 8 people. It is a perfect fit for large groups or couples on a romantic getaway. This home also has a private swimming pool functional from May till September, and an illuminated garden to relax.

Surrounded by vast grasslands and meadows, the location gives the perfect opportunity to enjoy naturistic walks. Located on the main road, you can easily access the bar, pizzeria, and restaurant.

You can enjoy a refreshing swim at the private swimming pool by the villa or relax in the lawn with sun loungers. There is also a barbeque area for you to indulge, and there is ample parking space on the property. There are satellite TV and personal kitchen on both floors.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
