The holiday home for 20 persons has eight bathrooms and eight bedrooms and is equipped with seven double beds and six single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a stereo, a TV, a heater and a fireplace. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a boules court, a garden, a billiard, a barbecue and a bicycle parking and there are two terraces. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with nine showers, 13 washbasins, 12 toilets and a bath or shower.

The holiday home has two fridges, a freezer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with two ovens, a coffee maker (espresso machine), a microwave, two stoves, two dishwashers and a stovetop.

Recharge, refresh and rejuvenate at this beautiful rural holiday home that has been completely renovated and comes with a private terrace. The garden and roof terrace are shared with other guests and it is an excellent choice for family holidays.

The area is ideal for cycling and walking tours, for example through the nearby forest (500 m). You can ski at La Croix Scaille, 10 km away, and the nearest restaurants are no more than 7 km from the property. Long drives would take you to France comfortably. Ardennes national park is going to appeal to all nature lovers.

The large garden offers opportunities for children to play freely and the fully equipped kitchen is fully equipped. The bedrooms are equipped with an en-suite bathroom and the cozy living room has an attractive open fireplace. From the beautiful terrace, you can enjoy the tranquility and the view of the natural environment.

The Romulus and Remus houses can be rented together in order to reach a capacity of 40 people for your birthdays, weddings, family reunions, ...

The infrastructure of the houses allows communication between the two buildings via a common room.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
