General

The holiday home for 2 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom and is equipped with a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, an infrared sauna and a heater. In addition there is a barbecue, a bicycle parking, a bar, a garden and a set of garden furniture. The badroom is equipped with two toilets, three washbasins, a shower and a bath.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a Internet connection (wireless) and a fridge-freezer.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker (espresso machine), a microwave, an oven and a dishwasher.

Totally unwind in this gîte, located in wooded Awenne. The gîte has a spacious bedroom for 2 people, making it very suitable for couples and those looking for peace and quiet. As soon as you open the bedroom window, you can hear the birds chirping, the wind blowing through the trees and in the rutting season (September/October) perhaps the belling of the deer.
Several hiking and biking trails depart from the cottage.

From the terrace and from the kitchen you have a beautiful view of the valley of Awenne. You can enjoy the morning sun here with a cup of tea or coffee. The new kitchen with cooking island is fully equipped. There is a dishwasher, fridge freezer, nespresso coffee machine, coffee pot, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, raclette set and kitchen linen available. On the terrace there is a garden set and BBQ.

You can enjoy a soothing sauna all year round in the infrared cabin on the second floor and also enjoy the tranquility of the hammock in the garden in summer. For added convenience, there is a washing machine and bicycle storage.

In the living room is the dining table with 4 chairs, a comfortable sofa, TV with streaming service and Google Chromecast. There is Wifi in the accommodation and a bluetooth speaker.

There is a separate toilet on the ground floor and on the second floor in the bathroom there is a toilet, shower, bathtub and sink.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
