The holiday home for 48 persons has eight bathrooms and 16 bedrooms and is equipped with six single trundle beds, four bunk beds and 34 single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, three DVD players, a radio, a fireplace, four televisions and a CD player. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a terrace, a barbecue, a garden, a bar, a table tennis table, a swimming pool, a football table, a billiard, a bicycle parking and a boules court. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with 12 washbasins, two toilets, nine showers and three baths.

The holiday home has two fridges, a tumble dryer, a washing machine, two freezers and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a playground equipment and there are four high chairs and two cots.

In summers you the ghost of the castle of Roche daily at 10 PM. You can enjoy golf at 24 km. Supermarkets and restaurants are at a distance of 10 km.

The home is luxurious with a sauna and swimming pool. To keep you entertained billiards, table football, and table tennis are provided. There are central heating and fireplace in the living room for cold evenings. High chair, children's bed, and parking are also provided and 2 pets are allowed at € 40/Pet/Stay. For evenings there is a barbecue to enjoy from the terrace. A bar is also provided for you to enjoy to the maximum.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
