The holiday home for 12 persons has three bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds and eight single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a gas fireplace, a heather and a TV. In addition there is a jacuzzi, a garden, a bar, a football table, a swimming pool, a set of garden furniture and a barbecue and there are two terraces. The badroom is equipped with three showers, two toilets and three washbasins.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a stove and a coffee maker.

Amilla is a luxurious and very cosily furnished village house in the village of Ambly with an outdoor swimming pool and bubble bath. Ambly is located on the edge of the forest massif of Saint-Hubert and this region is ideal for hikers, mountain bikers and other nature lovers.The house is very spacious and comfortably furnished for 12 people with 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The cozy living room with cassette fireplace is connected to the kitchen, which gives direct access to a very spacious terrace with covered seating area and an outdoor pool (7 x 4 m) with a low roof open from May to the end of August..
\The most cozy space is certainly the Ardennes bar, with table football. Super cozy and ideal for an aperitif after a long walk. On the first floor you have 4 bedrooms with two bathrooms and on the second floor there are 2 spacious rooms (one master bedroom with separate bathroom and toilet and a kids room). The house has many stairs and is less suitable for small children. Youth groups and night noise are not allowed due to the location in the center of the village.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
