The holiday home for 14 persons has six bathrooms and eight bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds and 11 single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a TV, two fireplaces and a heater. In addition there is a table tennis table, a football table, a barbecue, a garden, a boules court, a bar, a terrace and a billiard and there are two balconies. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with six showers, six toilets and three baths.

The holiday home has a fridge, a freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a stove, an oven and a microwave.

The property can also be expanded by combining with the adjoining "La Clairière" cottage, ideal for larger gatherings. The ground floor features a large living room, dining room, cozy TV room, and a billiard room, alongside a fully equipped kitchen, cloakroom, and WC. Guests can enjoy a covered terrace and expansive outdoor space. The first floor includes several bedrooms, each with its own private shower room, including the “Valley” parents' suite with a balcony, and “The Orchard,” “The Forest,” “The Garden,” and “The River” rooms. A small adjoining room, “The Underbrush,” offers an additional bed.

On the second floor, “The Meadow” and “The Stream” both offer double beds and en-suite bathrooms. The large, wooded garden (60 ares) is fully fenced, featuring a stream, small pond, and petanque ground. Private parking is available for up to six cars, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
