The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heater, a stereo (wireless), a heather and a TV. In addition there is a terrace, a balcony or terrace, a set of garden furniture, a barbecue, a garden and an atmospheric fireplace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two toilets, a shower and a washbasin.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a coffee maker (espresso machine), a stove, a dishwasher and an oven.

Samrée and Baraque de Fraiture offer plenty of opportunity for winter sports enthusiasts.

You enter the house via the terrace on the first floor. Below are the bedrooms with access to the garden. The living room is spacious and features a cosy wood-burning stove. You will also find the dining area with a dining table for 6. Adjacent is the luxurious, open-plan kitchen with all amenities. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathroom has decorative tiles. Furthermore, the house has a large veranda with panoramic views of Hérou. The large garden is fully enclosed and has a barbecue and fire pit with tripod.

- The owner offers Lotgering Complete Frozen Food/Meat as an option for the dogs, contact the owner for this. If ordered, it will be ready in the large freezer upon arrival.

- 1 bag of firewood is included in the price, in addition, additional bags can be purchased on site for 10 euros per bag.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
