The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a heater and a DVD player. In addition there is a bicycle parking, a terrace, a garden, a set of garden furniture, a table tennis table and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two toilets, a bath, two showers and two washbasins.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a coffee maker, a microwave and a dishwasher.

Set near the forest, this 3-bedroom holiday home in Hotton is perfect for a group of 8 or families with children. It features a private furnished terrace to set up the barbecue and enjoy lovely evenings.

The lovely forest is at 300 m to discover the charming nature. Bike rides and hiking are perfect to spend a day exploring the region. You can enjoy a swim at river l'Ourthe at 3 km. There are also opportunities for golf and water sports. Marenne with its restaurants is at 400 m and you can also visit the nearby Durbuy. The town center is at 3 km.

The nature is perfect for an evening on the terrace with a barbecue. Kids will love running around in the furnished garden. You can try a game of table tennis indoors or relax in front of the wood stove in the sitting room. Kids can be cozy with the cot and high chair. There is also parking and bicycle storage.

Check-in between 4 – 6 PM and check-out between 9 – 10 AM.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
